This position will be responsible for oversight and supervision of parish staff and operations, including administrative and financial matters. St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church is seeking a part-time receptionist (approximately 25 hours per week) to provide support to the pastor, parish staff and parishioners. This position will serve as the primary contact for visitors and incoming phone calls. Other responsibilities will include creating and proofing the weekly bulletin, updating and maintaining social media sites, scheduling meetings and use of parish facilities, meeting rooms and hall rentals, scheduling Mass intentions, preparing and distributing the liturgical minister schedules, as well as other general office duties.
