Maintenance, grounds director - Harrah

St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church in Harrah is seeking a full-time maintenance and grounds director to oversee the overall facilities, equipment, and maintenance operations to ensure safe, efficient, and regulatory-compliant buildings and machinery. Design and implement proactive maintenance programs for building systems, equipment and grounds. Budget and resource planning: develop and manage the annual departmental budget, approve vendor bids, and oversee inventory. Regulatory compliance: ensure all operations meet local, state and federal codes, including OSHA, fire, and health safety standards. Repair and operations oversight: coordinate complex repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and approve capital improvement or renovation projects. Position includes competitive salary and benefits.
