High School Confirmation Retreat

Have a few students in high school who are looking for a confirmation retreat? Then this is the retreat for them! The retreat will be a great introduction to the Catholic faith. Students will be placed in small groups led by staff from Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Camp.

Cost: $50 per person

Registration: Students will register for the retreat through their parish contact (Youth minister, DRE, etc.). The parish contact will collect information from students and the retreat cost (link to fillable pdf here). The parish contact should fill out this Microsoft form to reserve their expected spots on a first come first serve basis. Any registrants after the retreat cap is filled will be placed on a waitlist. Parish contacts must send a final list of registrants using this excel template by the deadline of Friday, Jan. 9 to [email protected]. Any spots without documentation by the deadline will then be offered to the wait list. After the retreat, the archdiocese will invoice parishes for their students that came to the retreat. 

In summary,

1. Parish contact reserves expected spots for their parish with microsoft form
2. Student registers with parish contact
3. Parish contact prepares final excel template of students
4. Parish contact sends final excel document to [email protected] before Jan. 10 deadline (including wait list participants)  
5. Spots offered to wait list students
6. Event happens Jan. 17, walk-ins without registration will be turned away
7. After event archdiocese will invoice parish

Check in/Check out: Students will arrive between 9 - 9:30 a.m.. Check out will begin at 4 p.m. and end at 4:30 p.m.
