Festival de Matachines

The Office of Hispanic Ministry of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City will host the second Festival de Matachines from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 27 at the Bl. Stanley Rother Shrine, 700 S.E. 89 St. in Oklahoma City. All Matachines groups are invited and can register at archokc.org/matachines or HERE. Recognition will be given to the best performers. A panel of qualified judges will choose the best dances of the second Matachines Festival. The best dances will be awarded according to the established criteria. First place: $1,000.
