As this year comes to a close, I invite you to take a moment to reflect on the impact your generosity can make in the lives of those most in need in our community. People like Sarah and her son, Michael.
“I started out living in my car with my son, Michael,” Sarah said. “When we lost my car, I turned to the Sanctuary Women’s Development Center. It gave us a place to go during the day so we wouldn’t have to walk the streets. We could take showers, do laundry, visit with our case manager and find a place to sleep without the fear of being unsafe.”
Support from generous benefactors made it possible for Sarah and Michael to find more than shelter. They found hope, dignity and the strength to begin again. The Sanctuary Women’s Development Center is one of many programs supported through the Catholic Charities Campaign.
As we prepare to celebrate the birth of Christ, please consider making a year-end gift to help your neighbors most in need. Your generosity provides care for families in crisis, counseling services, disaster relief and more.
Together, we can continue to open doors of compassion – share mercy, spread hope, and renew lives. Your gift today fans the flame of hope. Will you join us?
