The Archdiocese of Oklahoma City welcomes four principals to new positions for the 2025-26 school year.
At Holy Trinity Catholic School in Okarche, Keri Rother moves from interim principal into the full-time position. Rother arrives with 26 years of experience in education. She and her husband, Patrick, live in Okarche and farm the Rother homestead.
Joseph Jarroush steps in as principal at Saint Joseph Catholic School in Enid. His leadership is shaped by a broad professional background that includes service in Catholic and public education, nonprofit operations and community-based ministry. Jarroush previously served as director of campus ministry at Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School and as a district-level administrator and counselor for Union City Public Schools. He and his wife, Ashley, are raising eight children, each of whom has attended Catholic schools within the archdiocese.
Deana Ellis is the new principal at Bishop John Carroll Catholic School. She brings 20 years of experience in education; most recently five years at Horizon Intermediate School in the Mustang Public School District – two as assistant principal and the past three as the head principal. Ellis and her husband Joe Ellis have three children.
At All Saints Catholic School, Lauren Peña moves into the principal position, having served as an educator in the archdiocese the past six years, following 11 years in public schools. She served as a teacher and later the director of instructional technology at Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School. Peña and her husband Matt have two children.
