Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD) grant application:

The Catholic Campaign for Human Development provides grants to self-help projects developed by grassroots groups of empowered poor persons who are working to address the root causes of poverty in their communities. While also upholding Catholic Social Teaching in everything they support. By submitting an application, the grant could support the group, cause, development, etc. to benefit the community and persons impacted.
