Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Church is seeking a welcoming, organized and mission-driven individual to serve as communications coordinator and administrative assistant. This full-time hourly, non-exempt role supports parish communications (bulletin, Flocknote, website, social media) while also assisting with front office operations, parishioner support, and administrative tasks, including the use of Ministry Platform and sacramental recordkeeping. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a heart for service. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, and GUI web design software is required; experience with Canva and eCatholic web design is a plus. A practicing Catholic or someone familiar with parish life is preferred. This is an office-based position with occasional evenings/weekends as needed.
