Mentor, discipleship coordinator

Vagabond Missions is seeking a mentor and discipleship coordinator to play a vital role in recruiting, training, and supporting mentors to engage in relational ministry with teens in the inner-city. Will maintain direct ministry with teens, through discipleship and participation in programs. Must be motivated to see the Gospel shared in the city they serve also through strategic outreach and relationship-building, modeling ministry practices, and administrative oversight to ensure a well-equipped team of adults are investing in the spiritual and personal growth of teens. Experience in youth ministry and discipleship preferred. Ability to fundraise and build donor relationships. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
