Crested Butte Cabin

• The priest, deacon or employee who schedules the facility must be in residence with those using the facility during the reserved dates.
• Priests, Deacons and employees may schedule the facility for the use of their immediate family only.

Rate: $175 per night

A $75 dollar deposit is required to reserve the cabin. 

Reservations will be held a maximum of seven days without a paid deposit. 

Reservations are limited to seven consecutive days and two weeks annually. 

Reservations for priests and deacons will be taken July 1 through Aug. 31 for the upcoming calendar year. 

Reservations for employees will be taken beginning Sept. 1 for the upcoming calendar year. 

Deposits will be refunded if reservation is cancelled 45 days in advance of reserved date. 

Deposit is forfeited if cancelation is made less than 45 days prior to reserved date.

Balance for your stay must be paid within seven business days of your return.

• Keys can be picked up in advance (up to two business days prior to your reservation date) at the front reception desk of the Catholic Pastoral Center. 
• Cabin keys must be returned within three business days of your return.

The keys for your stay can be picked up one to two days in advance from the following:
Oklahoma City: Christi Benites at the front reception desk of the Catholic Pastoral Center. Keys must be  returned within three business days of your return.
Tulsa: Mary McGilvray in the Office and Campus Manager for Chancery
