- Priests of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City and guests
- Permanent Deacons of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City and guests
- Archdiocesan Staff and guests
- Archdiocesan Parish Ministry groups for planning, retreats, study, etc -
Facilities:
Cabin #1: Living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms: 4 single beds, 2 double beds and one queen size bed.
Cabins #2: One bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom, living/dining space, kitchenette with two-burner hotplate, microwave oven, sink, small refrigerator and cooking and eating utensils.
Cabin #3: Two bedrooms with a single bed and a queen size bed. A bathroom, living/dining space, kitchenette with hotplate, microwave oven, sink, small refrigerator and cooking and eating utensils.- Linens and towels are provided.
- A freezer is available to all three cabins and is located in the northwest room of Cabin #1.
- A TV and CD player is available in each cabin.
- User will provide all food items, coffee and seasonings used for cooking.
- A char-coaler and picnic table are available.
- No dogs or cats permitted inside the facility.
- This is a non-smoking facility.
- No tent camping is allowed on grounds.

Reservations:
A deposit of $35.00 is required to reserve the cabin(s) of your choice. Deposit may be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 45 days in advance of the reservation date.
Cabin #1 Rates: $50 per night
Cabin #2 Rates: $25 per night
Cabin #3 Rates: $25 per night- The priest, deacon or employee who schedules the facility must be in residence with those using the facility.
- Deacons and employees may schedule the facility for the use of their immediate family only.
- No more than 15 people may use the facility at any one time.
- Reservations for priests and deacons will be taken July 1 through August 31 for the upcoming calendar year.
- Reservations for employees will be taken beginning in September.
- Reservations for all three cabins will be charged for all three cabins even if not used.
- Keys can be picked up in advance (up to 2 days prior to your reservation date) from the Secretariat for Administration & Finance
