Catholic Charites of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City is seeking a Key to Home case manager for a two-year multi-organization project that focuses on in person, housing-based case management services. As a team member, the case manager will assist in successfully housing and stabilizing a minimum of 40 households during the two-year funding period.
