This full-time hourly, non-exempt role supports parish communications (bulletin, Flocknote, website, social media) while also assisting with front office operations, parishioner support, and administrative tasks, including the use of Ministry Platform and sacramental recordkeeping. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a heart for service. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, and GUI web design software is required; experience with Canva and eCatholic web design is a plus. A practicing Catholic or someone familiar with parish life is preferred. This is an office-based position with occasional evenings/weekends as needed. Catholic Charites of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City is seeking a Key to Home case manager for a two-year multi-organization project that focuses on in person, housing-based case management services. As a team member, the case manager will assist in successfully housing and stabilizing a minimum of 40 households during the two-year funding period. Bachelor’s degree in social work, or human services related field, or six months of experience in encampment rehousing case management required; master’s degree preferred. At least 12-months case management experience working with those experiencing homelessness. Fluency in Spanish and English preferred.
